There are many companies working to reduce or eliminate unnecessary and unrecyclable plastics in their products and packaging.  Some companies are using recovered ocean plastic in shoes, bottles, clothing, and sunglasses. Being conscientious about the products we purchase, and selecting products that have innovative alternatives to traditional plastics can have a big impact.
